Garments Section
The next stage is the sewing. The process starts with sewing work using various types of sewing machines and in general it ends by attaching & holing button using necessary machines. Dynamic IE team is continuously developing the easy methods to get the maximum efficient productivity from the sewing lines. Our sewing machines are equipped with auto trimmers, lock stitch, button stitch, chain stitch and auto button hole machines. All sewing lines are under constant and continuous inspection by quality monitoring team to generate perfection. We have 850 no’s of sewing machine from Pegasus, Kansai & Brother brand, JAPAN.
Garments Finishing:
At this stage products goes through various steps like removal of loose thread, tagging, folding & hanging with hanger & poly bag. Our finishing section is equipped with vacuum steam press table, needle detector, thread blower, strain remover, carton box striper etc.
