Engr. Md. Towhidur Rahman, was boarn in the year 1952 in a respectable Muslim family and started business after completion of B.Sc Engineering Degree from Europe. Engr. Md. Towhidur Rahman obtained his "Engineering specialist" qualification from Europe and gathered vast knowledge and experience in Industrial Management, Administration and Quality control etc. He has also attended number of training program of EEC-ASIA Economic Co-operation and other export fair/seminars etc. in other countries all over the world. Due to his long industrial experience, he has been instrumental in managing all his industries efficiently and continuously adding new units to the Fresh Group of Companies. The Fresh Group Of Companies under his astute leadership, is a fast growing conglomerate, have taken diversified program for expansion of its various industries. He has been selected as a C.I.P. (Commercially Important Person) by the Government of Bangladesh for the last 15 years due to his outstanding contribution to the national economy. He is the founder chairman of the Alhaj Jalaluddin College & Jalaluddin Madrasa, Patuakhali including providing the free tuition fee and hostel facilities in one of the remotest part of Bangladesh. He is also the chairman of Managing Committee of Dhulsar High School, Kuakata. He is remained socially very active and dedicated to many humanitarian issues and was awarded by different organizations.
